In order to download the correct driver for your computer, we need to know which operating system you use.

Download Drivers

1. Download the print driver using the button above; save the file in your Downloads folder
2. Next, go to your downloads folder and extract all the files from the .zip file (Right-click the file WindowsPrinterDrivers.zip and select Extract all).
3. This will make another folder inside your Downloads folder (unless you have chosen another location).
4. You will need to return to this folder later to install the print drivers.
5. Navigate to https://mobileprint.gla.ac.uk with your GUID and Password
6. Select Driver Print
7. Select your operating system
8. Select Advanced and then click Continue
9. Select Windows Safecom Mobile Print and follow the instructions to finish the installation

1. Click Download MacOS Drivers and then click Allow if prompted to download the drivers.
2. Go to the Downloads folder via Finder.
3. Unzip the file then Double click the file that is extracted: mac-ps-vxxx-xx.dmg.
4. Double click the installer package Canon_PS_Installer.pkg.
5. Follow the wizard steps to install the driver, clicking Continue and Agreeing to the driver terms.
6. When prompted, click Install and enter your Apple computers password.
7. Navigate to https://mobileprint.gla.ac.uk with your GUID and Password
8. Select Driver Print
9. Select your operating system
10. Select Advanced and then click Continue
11. Select Mac Safecom Mobile Print and follow the instructions to finish the installation
